Do you coach beginners?
I work best with runners who have at least some base of consistent running. If you've been running regularly for 6+ months and want to level up, we can likely work together.
What platforms do you use?
Plans are delivered through TrainingPeaks. Communication happens via messaging (platform TBD based on your preference). I sync with Strava and Garmin for data analysis.
How long is the commitment?
Month-to-month. No long-term contracts. I want you to stay because the coaching is working, not because you're locked in.
Are spots limited?
Yes. I keep my roster small to ensure every athlete gets genuine attention. If I'm full, I'll let you know and can add you to a waitlist.
